This is the Maximum number of Balloons Professor Pepperpot can “comfortably” make in the time requested.

As a general rule of thumb 1 Balloon = 1 minute so if you having a Children's Party with 30 guests and you would like each Party guest to have a Balloon please make sure you request the Party Package with a 30 Balloon count symbol.
